FOUNDER & CEO
GRANT CARDONE
Grant Cardone, Cardone Capital’s Founder and CEO, formed Cardone Capital to provide everyday investors access to institutional-grade real estate investments that are normally reserved for large, institutional investors. Mr. Cardone has been investing in multifamily real estate for over 35 years. Since inception in 2016, Cardone Capital has invested more than $1.5 billion of equity and aggregated a $5 billion real estate portfolio comprising 14,000+ multifamily units and two office properties containing more than 500,000 square feet. Mr. Cardone, who owns 100% of Cardone Capital, has assembled a strong team of executives who oversee the company’s daily operations. In addition to having built Cardone Capital, Mr. Cardone also is known as a New York Times bestselling author, the #1 Business Expert and Coach in the world, and an internationally renowned speaker on Business, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Investing, Social Media, and Personal Finance.

Andres Fischborn
Director of Investor Relations
Andres joined us in 2019 and oversees our investor relations team which has raised over $1 billion of equity capital from over 11,000 investors in five years. He was previously a financial services representative at MassMutual. Andres holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
Jim Derow
COO
Throughout his career, Jim has acquired, operated and asset managed over $10 billion of real estate investments including 50,000 multifamily units located throughout the United States. Prior to joining Cardone Capital, Jim co-led the investment and asset management activities of a private REIT that owned approximately 20,000 multi-family units. Jim also has served as Chief Operating Officer of a multifamily owner/operator that self-managed its 8,000-unit portfolio and, earlier in his career, Jim spent seven years as a Managing Director at Square Mile Capital Management. Jim holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Ryan Tseko
Executive Vice President
Ryan has been with us since inception and focuses on acquisitions and capital relationships. He has completed over $2.5 billion of acquisitions, secured over $1.7 billion of debt financing, and is actively involved in launching each of our investment vehicles.Ryan holds a B.S. in Aviation and Airway Management from Utah Valley State University.
